Dear Reader,

Today we would like to announce the update of our Guidelines for Shipping Companies, which is now available for download on our website. The updated Guidelines outline the substantive and technical requirements for the monitoring plan. Our review of the submitted monitoring plans indicates that a large part of the data did not meet the requirements of the EU MRV Maritime Transport Regulation ((EU) 2015/757) and therefore these monitoring plans cannot be approved.
