The European Commission publishes the relevant information on CBAM in the form of guidance documents. The Commission has now also published a German translation of the ‘Guidance Document on CBAM Implementation for Importers of Goods into the EU’: ‘Leitfaden zur Umsetzung des CBAM für Einführer von Waren in die EU’. Delayed Submission of a Report for Q4/2023
To request a delayed submission of your CBAM report for Q4/2023, you can only use the ‘Request delayed submission’ function -> ‘Request by NCA’ found within the ‘My Quarterly Reports’ application in the CBAM Transitional Registry.
In this case, a reference number of the national authority, i.e. DEHSt, must be provided. Please send us an enquiry via the Transitional Registry with the subject/title ‘Reference number’. We will then get in touch with you.
If you have already submitted an enquiry on this topic without the subject ‘Reference number’, please contact us again as described. Further information can be found in the Commission's guidelines.
