The European Commission publishes the relevant information on CBAM in the form of guidance documents. The Commission has now also published a German translation of the ‘Guidance Document on CBAM Implementation for Importers of Goods into the EU’: ‘Leitfaden zur Umsetzung des CBAM für Einführer von Waren in die EU’.
