Methodology plan
A methodology plan is also mandatory for installation operators in the second allocation period of the fourth trading period. The "methodology plan" is the part of the monitoring methodology plan that sets out the methods for determining the data for the annual allocation data report in the future.
In Germany, you create the methodology plan as an integral part of your allocation application in the FMS software and regularly check whether it still reflects the current situation in the installation or whether the plan needs to be improved. You must notify DEHSt of any changes using the FMS applications Allocation application or Allocation data report.
