Electricity price compensation (SPK)

The German Emissions Trading Authority (DEHSt) at the German Environment Agency is the national licensing authority for electricity price compensation and the competent authority for the payment of State Aid for companies with a high demand for electricity to compensate for indirect CO2 costs.
